What does it EXACTLY mean to have your grill professionally cleaned?
If you are like most people, a clean grill is determined by the surface of the grates prior to cooking; and while that is certainly important, it is what is around and underneath the grates that dramatically affects your grilling experience, safety, and food quality. A deep clean typically takes 2-3 hours regardless of a stand alone or a built in grill and includes the following:

VACUUMING AND REMOVAL OF: carbon, grease, fat, and built up material in the base of your grill

Will the cleaning make a mess?
No. We first put a plastic tarp down around the grill to protect the patio or porch. We do not use a power washer so there is no residual spraying or splashing, and we are extremely conscientious about leaving the grilling area as clean as when we arrived.
How much does a grill cleaning cost?
It depends on the size and make of the grill. Pricing starts at $179 for smaller grills up to $299 for larger built in and stand alone grills.
How long will the service take?
It depends on the size, make and the condition of the grill. Typically between 2-3 hours.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many clients are not home at the time of the service.
Why shouldn’t I just clean it myself?
Not only would it be an extremely lengthy process, but we have a proprietary, specialized system in place that will leave your grill much cleaner and polished in about 2-3 hours. Simply put, you don’t want to do it!
How often should a grill be cleaned?
This is likely the most commonly asked question we receive. While there is no clear cut answer, it depends on the amount of usage. When we grill, we typically will use a brush or some other method to clean off the tops of the grates. That debris accumulates in the base of the grill as well as grease and debris on the underside of the grates. We recommend that clients periodically check the amount of accumulated debris in the base as it will affect the flavor of whatever you are cooking and if left for too long can be a safety issue resulting in flareups or potentially, a fire.
